This session highlights the most impactful changes in inclusive sourcing since March 2025 across the US and Europe. It brings together perspectives on how social impact is being measured in the EU, how this differs from US programmes, and what inclusive procurement looks like in practice in 2026.
Key discussion points include:
- The business case for inclusive procurement and recent developments around DEI, including how to structure legally sound supplier diversity efforts
- Advocacy bodies’ perspectives on inclusive sourcing in 2026
- Disability inclusion and how to embed disability-owned businesses and accessible procurement practices
- Practical steps to assess, implement and scale inclusive procurement programmes
Participants will gain a clear understanding of the strategic value of inclusive procurement, insights into how disability inclusion can create competitive advantage, and practical tips and tools to start or strengthen inclusive sourcing initiatives.
