Fungi provide critical eco-services to our planet, and if harnessed correctly could help us mitigate climate change and biodiversity loss. This session brings forward an unlikely ally in our pursuit of a sustainable world and outlines how Procurement can use fungi to address their sustainable sourcing challenges.
