This session focuses on turning Scope 3 and SBTi targets into practical logistics actions. Designed to build capability and inspire logistics procurement and sustainability professionals, the session explores how to move from global ambition to lane- and supplier-level implementation.
Key discussion points include:
- Turning SBTi / Scope 3 targets into lane- and supplier-level actions
- Challenges related to logistics abatement levers
- How to convince management to prioritise logistics emissions
Through two short company presentations followed by a panel dialogue, the session will share practical insights from real-world experience.
Participants will leave with a clear understanding that while infrastructure maturity differs by region, decarbonisation advances when each market starts with the levers it has and builds from there.
