Netiquette
spp.earth (and all other SPP platforms) are a non-profit, non-competitive space for peer-to-peer knowledge sharing and collaboration of those committed to embedding sustainability in their procurement practices. It is a community for SPP Ambassadors, by SPP Ambassadors and addresses issues highlighted by the community.
Using and engaging on SPP platforms is subject to you being familiar with antitrust issues and how to avoid them. We must refrain from any discussion, activity, or conduct that may infringe any applicable competition law.
Please find below some key rules that apply throughout the event:
- No discussions about each other’s cost of sales, sales plans, planned sales territories, cost of purchase, trade secrets, discounts, margins, rebates, credit terms, customer quotes, supplier relationships.
- No discussions about pricing and other purchasing conditions in contracts.
- No exchange of other commercially sensitive information.
- No agreement not to compete.
- Stay within the limits of the agenda of the session.
This applies at all times, not just during the formal session, but also any time we interact.
To remain part of the SPP platforms you must also agree to and abide by the rules of this Netiquette. If you, at any time, do something to contravene our rules, we reserve the right to remove you and/or your content from our platforms.

If you are sharing content that is not yours, provide an attribute to the source. Links, quotes and references are acceptable – copying and pasting entire articles or stories is not allowed.
Post content in English
English is the primary written and spoken language of the other members of your community.
