Event Series: WSPD 2026

Sustainability that Pays: Leadership Perspectives on ROI

March 25 @ 12:00 - 13:00 CET

07:00-08:00 EDT | 12:00-13:00 CET | 19:00-20:00 SGT | +++ Register here (it’s free!): Registration link +++

This session brings together procurement leaders from organizations recognized for advancing sustainable procurement. The conversation will stay practical and experience‑led, focusing on how sustainability creates real business value—and how that value is shown inside and outside the organization.

Participants will explore:

  • What sets these leaders and organizations apart, and which mindsets or choices enabled sustainability to become operational.
  • Why many companies still struggle, and where the biggest capability, incentive, or measurement gaps appear.
  • How each organization’s sustainability value proposition has taken shape—whether formalized or grown organically.
  • How teams, capabilities, incentives, and culture support everyday sustainable decisions.
  • Which investments have mattered most and where value is actually being created and measured.
  • What has progressed well, what remains challenging, and the hurdles to proving value in complex supply chains.

You’ll walk away with:

A clear, experienced-based understanding of what truly makes sustainability commercially meaningful—grounded in the real approaches and lessons shared by procurement leaders.
